These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jadan.pk, including browsing our site and placing any order with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and do not place an order.

2 Eligibility to Use Our Site

By using Jadan.pk, you confirm that:

3 Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our shoes, sandals, and slippers accurately, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However:

• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings
• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed
• Prices are listed in PKR and may change at any time without prior notice, though confirmed orders will honor the price at checkout
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion

4 Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Jadan.pk is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is considered confirmed only once you receive confirmation from our team via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information — and will inform you if this happens.

5 Payment Terms

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, allowing you to pay when your order arrives. Where online payment methods are made available, payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

6 Shipping & Delivery

We offer free nationwide delivery on every order. Estimated delivery timelines are 2–4 working days for major cities and 3–6 working days for other cities and remote areas, as outlined in our Delivery Information page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, festive seasons, adverse weather, or high-demand sales periods. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

7 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted within 3 days of delivery, and size or style exchanges within 7 days, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refund Policy — including that items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on Jadan.pk — including our logo, product photography, graphics, text, and site design — is the property of Jadan.pk and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9 User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order
