I would like to tell you about one of the ASICS staff members named Wissem She was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. She helped me find the right shoes and took the time to do a gait test to make sure I got the best fit for my needs. I really appreciated her patience knowledge, and excellent customer service. Pros:
1) Good selection of products and wide space in the store. Especially trying on new Asics running shoes that get sold out easily online
2) A working treadmill you can use to try on shoes. Other brands on the street don’t have a treadmill at all and you’ll need to run inside the store on the floor
3) It was busy but the Japanese male employee was working hard and still helped me out amidst the busy crowd. He was the only staff leaving me a good impression.

Cons:
1) Very dismissive staff downstairs as mentioned by other customers. Especially the female employee with black hair, unsure of her name. A bit inattentive and rude even, as if they don’t care to help and just wish their day was done. Visited in my normal day clothing and as a frequent runner I had my fair knowledge about shoes as I own many Asics running shoes. She presumed I don’t run often when I needed to try on a race shoe. It’s like you need to explain them what your running achievements are before being treated with professional customer service, whether you’re a beginner or advanced runner. Another day, I finished my 10k run outside and went to the store in my running clothing to try a new shoe and the same lady then appeared to treat me more normal and less assuming…

I was looking for tennis shoes . This store is extremely well stocked for women’s tennis shoes . ASICS has been my favourite tennis shoe for almost 15 years. The support, balance & most importantly comfort is like no other & also are available in a couple of color options. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable, patient , friendly & friendly! I recommend this store for you ladies out there who want a perfect pair of tennis shoes!

The worst service. I bought France Jersey, and wanted to print Mbappe, but they told me that we are closing at 6 pm, you can come any day with receipt and we will print it for you (it costs 35$).
Few days after when I came and waited in a queue for 1 hour, they refused to print Mbappe because shirt do not have the tag. Even i showed the receipt they refused to do it.
Will never be a client of Nike shop because of low service.

If you are looking for selection, the Nike flagship House Of Innovation store on 5th Avenue is an absolute powerhouse.
The sheer amount of options they have in clothing, sneakers, and accessories across multiple floors is incredible. Over my visits, I’ve purchased everything from apparel to kicks and bags, and I’ve never been disappointed by the inventory.

The Highlights:
Going Above & Beyond: The customer service here is pretty great. Despite how busy they are, many team members genuinely go out of their way to help you find the right size or style.
The Vibe: The store is visually stunning. It is incredibly aesthetically pleasing, modern, and just a cool space to experience while you're in the city.
The Crowd Factor: It is seemingly always packed—mostly with tourists—but the layout is smart enough that it never feels so crowded that you can't maneuver or shop comfortably.

Things to Keep in Mind:
⚠️ Watch the Price Tags: Just be mindful that it is 5th Avenue, so everything comes with a premium price tag. You're paying top dollar for the location and the latest releases.

Great experience at the Nike House of Innovation NYC. The store is modern, well-organized, and full of the latest Nike releases. Loved the interactive features and the overall vibe—definitely more than just a regular shop. A must-visit if you’re into sneakers or sportswear.

The best store in New York. I bought a 3 pair of Nike Cortez Original Classic today. 2 pairs ordered Pick Up. Received a 30% discount as a member of the Nike Members Club, paid $73.5 instead of $105. The service is one of the best in the city, the best prices in the city. Convenient location 5 minutes from the metro. I'm from the old school, Nike Cortez wear sneakers for 20 years.
